SAN SIMEON EARTHQUAKE EMERGENCY RESPONSE REPORT
On December 22, 2003, Paso Robles residents experienced the devastating impacts of a magnitude 6.5 earthquake. The successful emergency response required an “all-hands” effort from City employees. This report details the work conducted over the first few days following the quake, and suggestions for improving future responses to like disasters.
