The streets below will be either closed or impacted due to either an event or construction for the dates listed. Please note that construction schedules are tentative and may change based on weather and other circumstances.

Nacimiento Water Project Pipeline - South River Road
Update 11-20-08
South River Road:
Work on the Nacimiento pipeline is continuing in the
closed portion of South River Road between Creston
and Navajo. The work will require temporary road
closures and traffic delays during construction
hours. Motorists and residents are cautioned to
expect road closures, detours, construction traffic,
and movement of heavy construction equipment.
Emergency access to Santa Ysabel Ranch will be
maintained. Construction hours will be 7:00am -
5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Work in this location
is anticipated to be complete in November 2008.
Niblick and South River Road:
Teichert Construction will be
installing a 30-inch
welded steel pipeline across the intersection of Niblick and South River Road
for the Nacimiento Pipeline. The work will require
closure of the Niblick and South River Road
intersection during construction hours. Motorists
are cautioned to expect flagman-controlled construction zones,
detours, lane
closures, traffic delays, and movement of heavy
construction equipment. In
order to minimize the impact to traffic and
businesses, this work will be
performed between the hours of 7:00 pm and 7:00 am
on November 17 and 18, 2008. Day time work will
begin again Thursday, November 20 at 7:00 am. Access to all
businesses will be maintained during construction.
Thursday and Friday, November 20 and 21, the
intersection of South River Road and Niblick will be
on flashing red from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Expect
significant delays.

River Road Sewer Pipeline-
Update - North River Road:
The River Road Sewer
Pipeline project is gearing up for stage 1
construction at North River Road. Please see
attached exhibit
which shows the limits/location of
the closure. Stage 1 construction is expected to last
until December/January (weather permitting). See
map for alternate route to North River Road via
Airport Road and Wellsona Road.
Closed July 7 through November 2008
The City of Paso Robles has contracted with
MGE Underground, Inc. to
construct a new sanitary sewer main on South River Road.
The sewer pipeline is now complete. San Luis Obispo County will
now be installing the Nacimiento Water
pipeline also in South River Road.
To ensure the safety of residents during construction, South River Road will be closed from Navajo to Creston; Navajo Avenue will remain open.
